SOUTHOLD HISTORICAL SOCIETY SPONSORS ANTIQUES &
COLLECTIBLES AUCTION
SOUTHOLD, NY. The Southold Historical
Society is pleased to announce that it is sponsoring an Antiques and Collectible
Auction which will take place on October 4th, 2003, and will be run
by Capt. Ahab’s Auction Company of Kings Park, NY.
The Auction will take place at the American Legion Hall
located at the bend on Rte. 25 in Southold. The Auction will begin at 6pm with
the viewing taking place from 5pm – 6pm.
All sorts of antiques and collectibles will be sold,
including prints, estate jewelry, paintings, clocks, watches, pottery,
porcelain, small furniture, coins, stamps, ephemera, antiquities, etc.
The auctioneer will be accepting further consignments at
the Hall until the time of sale at 6pm. If you have something to sell, or wish
further information on the items to be sold, please feel free to contact the

A portion of each item sold benefits the Historical
Society, so come on out and bid strongly to support this great community
