- Capacity -
Weddings are held outdoors and we can accommodate a maximum of 140 guests.
- Timing -
weddings begin any time after 12 noon and run until 9:30 PM.
- Music -
In order to be in compliance with Southold town
regulations music must end by 9:30 PM.
- Site Fee -
The site fee for members of the Southold Historical Society is $5,000.00.
- Membership -
You can become a member by calling our office.
- What's Included -
The Southold Historical Society supplies the venue which includes
5,000 square feet of lawn and 14 historic buildings for exterior photos.
We also provide electricity and non potable water for clean up.
- What You Bring -
The wedding party is responsible for supplying its tent, portable toilets, caterer,
band/DJ, party supplies, flowers and anything else required for the event.
- Clean Up -
All garbage removal is the responsibility of the Licensee and is typically handled,
at your request, by the caterer.
- Legal -
Certificates of insurance naming The Southold Historical Society
as additional insured are required for a value of $1,000,000.00.
- Applications -
Ideally, applications should be received at least 3 months prior to the event.
